Mark Andy expanded its sales and technical support network in Southeast Europe. Arben Graphic Systems (AGS) was appointed as the manufacturer’s new authorized representative in the Western Balkan region. The company is responsible for developing sales and supporting customers in Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, North Macedonia, and Kosovo.

Arben Graphic Systems has been active in the market for more than 25 years and holds a well-established position in providing solutions for the printing and packaging industry, particularly for printers and converters across the Western Balkans.

AGS offices and warehouses are located in Ljubljana (also company headquarters), Zagreb, Sarajevo, and Belgrade, ensuring a direct presence in key Western Balkan markets and efficient customer service.

The AGS team, led by general manager Stanko Kukulj, brings more than 30 years of experience in sales and technological support within the printing and packaging industries. The company’s expertise covers the entire production process – from file preparation and color management, through printing plates and inks, to printing presses and process optimization. This broad knowledge base allows AGS to combine commercial consultancy with practical technological support for customers during both implementation and production development.

AGS co-operates with leading Western Balkan printers and converters operating in the labels and packaging sector. Many of these companies have been long-term partners of AGS in the areas of equipment and consumables. Another key aspect of AGS’s regional activity is its strong position in the printing inks segment, which – as Stanko Kukulj points out – creates a natural synergy with Mark Andy’s press portfolio and enables a comprehensive approach to investment projects carried out by printing companies.

A new chapter
The partnership between Arben Graphic Systems and Mark Andy marks a new stage of development for both companies in Southeast Europe. According to representatives of both organizations, the cooperation will provide customers across the Western Balkan region with direct access to Mark Andy technologies – including both flexo and hybrid solutions – as well as local sales and service support.

Stanko Kukulj comments: “Expanding the AGS portfolio with Mark Andy solutions is a very important step in the continued development of our company. We value their high technological advancement, high quality, and broad product portfolio, including digital solutions. Mark Andy perfectly complements our portfolio, particularly in the segment dedicated to printing companies specializing in labels and packaging.”

Tom Cavalco, vice president of international sales at Mark Andy, adds, “Our cooperation with Arben Graphic Systems significantly strengthens our commercial and service structures in the Western Balkan region. We see strong growth potential in this market and are confident that AGS’s local presence and experience will help further reinforce Mark Andy’s position and increase our market share in this part of Europe.”
